Walk way areas where tenants bring in water on their shoes etc. always wear easily and get water damaged at seams.

Make a nice walk way out to the hot tub, a pole to hang your towels etc..

The branches laden with vines hang lower, and impede walkways, sidewalks, etc.  

He also did a crappy job on the driveway and walkways and I need to redo those as well.Question is, what sort of recourse does anyone have when a contract does the job, but does it so poorly it has to be redone by someone else?

Hampton is also updating the road ways, lighting, walk ways, and utilities. 

There is also going to be difficulty for my new tenants to get their furniture and upstairs due to the spiral staircase hallways and thin walkways.

We have installed a door knocker and peep hole, stone/gravel walk way, new cabinet, back splash.. it's up to them.

I got a chance to ride through an open gate which was an entrance to the new park and they've already started sectioning off walkways and laying down pavement and are in the beautification process now.
