After looking at the house, he saved me $300 bucks by recommending against a his chimney inspection (his visual convinced him there were no problems) and his radon inspection (he recommended I just buy my own kit).

I made offers on three of them and we are doing inspections tomorrow but I visually inspected them and did not notice any issues like I had on the original ones with basement problems.

It can also be used to help visualize any long lead time items that have to be purchase ahead of time.

Most people can not visualize what an ordinary empty room will look like when tastefully furnished, let alone a strange space.  

I used the only thing I had at my disposal and that is the stick to it ness that has got me this far and the same that will make sure of one thing if nothing else.

Well the house has some great things going for it besides what's visual, but it also a few minors that may detract a little.
