I think a team approach is fine, select reputable and ethical players.Asking for and suggesting "Investor Friendly" team players is code for unethical or for those who may operate outside of the regulatory structure or such....someone who may be willing to look the other way.If that's the way an investor deals, good luck, they won't be in it for the long haul.If something is acceptable and lawful, then any professional in any aspect will work with you, it's not them that have a problem, it's your guru strategy and attitude in business.This is not directed at any one poster but a general statement from the various posts giving the flavor to the topic. :)

An associate of mine does vacation rentals in WV but its not my flavor.

It may all be flavored water and rot your teeth in the end but that's not what you need to focus on if you want to succeed in each position, let alone get to a different level.

At any rate, I don't have time to go into the whole story here, but I'm pasting a copy of the last email I sent him, which is a summary of all of our previous conversations, and you'll get a flavor of what I dealt with.

@Mindy JensenThat's great news for all as it shows that the vibrant BP community is neither static nornear its peak.There are a myriad of solid reasons why so many souls are eager to join BP, such ascommunity help and guidance, proof of others' accomplishments, camaraderie with like minded individuals, trove of educational material for free  to name a few.In joining BP newcomers and returnees invest their time in something that can bear financial fruit only by them taking action as they embark on their REI journey.

A couple years back, California redefined "Tobacco Products" to include vaporizers regardless of whether someone is vaping Tobacco, tasty flavors, or marijuana. 

I agree it’s largely a spillover play from SF, but Oakland is gaining traction of its own as a vibrant city with **it going on!

There are lots of different flavors of FROR and buyouts.
