I stop posting here often out of frustration of the "holier than thou" attitude towards wholesalers and the discouraging remarks made to them when trying to start out.

I'm not sure if your property falls into that or not but that could be a small factor.  2) your Zillow listing has the property as pending 3) MLS agent remarks still has comments as property under contract.

Honestly it does seem like there is a lot going on with this note (pretty sure you can do a title search on FCI before buying & there are some remarkable things you can find on the Internet about properties btw) but I'd make a list and see if I'm willing to deal with the headaches one by one (and also cumulatively). 

@Julian Buick as an attorney, I resemble that remark.  

It's free, they will give you your credit scores, and most importantly : they will update you if anything changes in your credit report.Last week I got one of their alerts, and there it was : a derogatory remark put in my report by a collection agency.

I have one listed right now only thing I had to do was indicate in the private remark 'agent has interest in the property' .

If you see a pattern of remarks mentioning a washer/dryer as part of the deal then you'll need to add one to compete.
