What these clients want is service and expertise.I do not need all buyers in the Universe to see value in me. 1,000 could think I am overpriced but 10 might want the relationship and at 100k a pop per deal,per year I am doing well.

They are some of the rural counties plus Lee County (Auburn University) and Houston County (Dothan--VERY large agribusiness area). 

Richmond, VA is a great choice for real estate investors due to its diverse economy, affordable property prices, and rental demand from universities and young professionals.

I understand why they are used, but personally I would rather leave a voicemail and have a warm body call me back than deal with another automated system.Think of it this way: if someone is so urgently looking to sell a property that they can't wait for a call back in 1 business day, do you think they are going to sit through some automated system?  

It is in Tucson, AZ, which has three major hospitals and several small h/hospitals, a university, Raytheon, and a few tech companies.

Lower taxes, no city headache, still close to the university, and still have access to the great schools in Ann Arbor.
