You know, when I'm on a diet and keep getting junk mail coupons from Dominos pizza, I feel harassed as well... :-)Seriously though, I would consult an attorney, and verify what we all suspect (that you aren't breaking any laws unless you keep mailing after a homeowner requests that you stop).

In my personal experience, I lean more towards buy and hold (and don't get me wrong, that is something you need to work at too-there are definitely trials and tribulations with that at times) and will flip a house only if it is a real steal.
