I am only a senior in high school and plan on going to college because I want to be a physical therapist, however, after all of my school I will have around $60,000 in loans to pay off. 

I have a busy career as a physical therapist and I'm not quite ready to transition to a full time career in Real Estate- although that is my ultimate goal.  

I have saved up $200k that I am ready to invest with the goal of being able to leave my job so i can begin a new career risk free as a therapist/healer.

As for creative ideas- how about coworking space or small offices for accountants, maybe therapists, etc. if you can break the space up in to multiple rentable spaces you reduce and spread out your risk Good luck :)

I have a handwritten letter from a therapist I started going to for domestic violence stating that I need to be removed from the house as soon as possible because it is a very dangerous situation.

Other health care professionals include radiology, occupational and physical therapy, surgeons, anesthesiologists, rehabilitation, respiratory therapists - essentially almost any health care profession.

In my past career I was a Respiratory Therapist, the most under appreciated and mischaracterized/labelled medical professional out there, so I guess I'm used to poor press? 

My profession is as an Occupational Therapist and I work with mentally, and physically challenged individuals all my life, and certainly feel like more can be done to address the needs of these forgot about populations of people.Are you primarily direct mail marketing for you leads?

So I know there's a no pet policy but my therapist is discussing me getting an emotional support dog to help with my anxiety and depression"I do not want pets at the complex, because even her allowed dog will create issues with the other tenants who have wanted pets at the property (i.e., they will start figuring ways to get their pets in either through the same route, or by just bringing them in unauthorized).I'm interested in how others would handle the situation?
