At a minimum If she actually works for a company vs being a one person operation, you need to bypass her and speak to owner about the her.Never be pressured into signing something until you are ready.You have my sympathy but I would focus on finding a 'good' PM to take over and untangle this mess.Good luck.

I do not have a very commanding presence, and while I talk sternly to tenants if required, I feel like I have no leverage in this situation because the tenants will keep ignoring me unless I "do" something, not just talk.Making matters worse is the fact that they are dirt poor, and my sympathy meter kicks in.
