I'm honestly surprised, right now our only debt payment is a 857 mortgage, no car payment no student loans no credit card debt, and good credit 740's. she doesn't make just a lot (41k a year) but with the 857 mortage payment, her debt to income shouldn't be much over 25%.

I just graduated college and some lenders told me that my position as a student could be used for the 2 years of work requirements.

I recently bought a rental and the insurance broker asked if I would be renting to students.

Also, those "doorpeople" aren't doing the profession any good, at least the ones I saw. 

I taught in a schoolfor a brief 6 months and my students had the bites everywhere.I’m looking to purchase multi unit or commercial property.  

How would you use real estate to help pay off student debt?

Knowing your market/demand drivers it going to be key, especially if you are looking to MTR (traveling nurses, military, students, etc). 

It's a 3BR 2BA home and I was thinking of doing student rentals as it's close to the university and makes sense as a student rental.

I also have zero debt (student loans paid off, bought and paid off multiple cars, etc), but my credit score isnt amazing just mostly cause of lack of accounts (lets call it around 620 fico 8, higher on credit karma).
