Basically, make it cheaper for them to just stay, but without my feeling like I'm subsidizing an almost stranger's rent!  

After talking to verizon, I learned that it’s not secure to have the main router where stranger can access it as s/he can click the reset button and erase all the custom passwords I set up.

You might not want to do it again, but if you need to do it again then get after it.I have found strangers off of craigslist and hired them by the day before and stayed at the property with them so they wouldn’t goof off soon as I drove off. :-) The idea is not to be the labor, but sometimes you do what you Gotta do and looking back those memories will be worth millions

Do you love calling strangers? 

It is hard enough to find a family that gets along let alone 8 strangers.

Look at it if it was too strangers doing this deal. 

This is important and you shouldn't look for free advice from strangers that are likely to steer you wrong.
