The property is 834 Porter st in San Antonio we just recently took out a huge chunk out the price of the house to sell but don’t know what else to do.Take the stickers off your new appliances, that looks tacky and replace those photos.

I'd like to have some type of company where I could simply put a sticker on the side of all appliances and the tenants would call that company directly for any type of issues, allowing me to completely outsource all appliance maintenance, so I can focus on the real estate business itself and growing/scaling, not refrigerator fan motors going out:)Let me know your thoughts!

Ordinances: There are ordinance for noise (ask your sister about the stickers) and there is an unrelated person ordinance that can impact your rental but it is currently in the courts.

And, no, of course it's not going to work if you are getting a "meh" or bad deal on the sticker price of the property, if they're being liberal with LTV of course they have to be more conservative elsewhere, that SHOULD go without saying.They have a bunch of stuff on their website saying that business brought in through mortgage brokers get preferred treatment relative to consumers calling them directly (guess which sucks up more of any bank's time?)

They stay that way on rented lots with annual registration stickers like a car tag, but they become 'fixed' to an owned lot through 'retiring of the title' which also involves removing the axles (if any) and strapping or bolting them down to a foundation per the code at that time.
