I've been busy with my nose to the grindstone working on my debut release of a single with some heavy-hitters.  

Real estate investing could itself involve different activities and you do not need stellar credit for these - Wholesaling is excellent, low cost but highly competitive in this market. 

Called the all plane parachute  but it actually works  LOL...Good luck on it... if those numbers hold true as I state its a stellar deal.As long as you live right there and can monitor it.Also you need to have the wherewithal to pay off the first if it goes wonky. there was a thread last week on a lady in Alameda CA who did a small second 50k behind a very large HML 500k. and the guy went dark and she can't cure the first I suspect she will lose all her money. 

So unless I have stellar deals, investing in my own town seems like a poor choice given the landscape here.Which leads me to my next obstacle; figuring out how to invest out-of-city/state.

Appreciation since purchase has also been stellar.  

I'd love to find a spot in this stellar organization if possible.

Repeat....it's possible if you find the BRRRR stellar deals like that!!

I also loved the fact that they re-signed Izzi who is a stellar fielder, .300 hitter and a gamer with speed who could be a lead-off hitter..I like the Matsui for Vladi, but did not like letting Figgins go or our horse - Big John, that said, we still have a very strong starting rotation.The worst of it is not even the players, but in the announcers box.

Until these things below are remedied, the US will continue to be in a less than stellar financial situation.....a) materialistic wants & keeping up with the Jones'....which leads to....b) a negative savings ratec) excessive goverment spendingd) unions that pay uneducated lay persons 4 times what they should be paid...which leads toe) consumer's paying higher prices for everything

Looks like a lot of great people, information, and the Podcasts I've heard are pretty stellar as well.My wife and I are in the process of starting our first business together where we will be buying/ renovating/ selling homes and we can't wait to get started.
