@Michael AddisonIf you're just getting started in Cleveland I would recommend being in areas on the West Side of Cleveland like West Blvd, Cudell, Old Brooklyn, Clark Fulton, Edgewater, Jefferson, and Brooklyn Centre.

Kid in college and one starting to drive   blah blah blah.I'm sure there are numerous places to cut money for sure. 

I would like to start connecting with lenders, attorneys, realtors, title companies, and all other professional in the SATX commercial real estate market.  

No need to add an LLC when you're just starting out.

Have some very competitive prices to start with to get bookings and reviews.

@Andy Ptak when jumping into the industry you have a few choices:1) Start at the bottom2) Leverage your experience to convince someone to give you a chance3) Decide between:--- Big companies who will usually start you at the bottom--- Small companies that will more like to a chance on hiring you for an above entry level position.

Breaking it down by room can make the process a lot easier.There are also some great pre-made checklists in Airbnb host groups and forums if you need a starting point.
