We've rented them all out by the room so we would be able to see returns in our current market. between how much turn over, scalability factor, current market pricing, local tenant landlord laws, and how much time and involvement that strategy required we've decided we're going to be selling them.

In my opinion, anyone looking to earn $10k per month or more from rental cashflow should skip single family and go straight to multifamily investing because of the scalability.
