Property Management Software- TenantCloud.com

BP,

I'm the owner of a property management company and we've gradually acquired 50 units over the first 8 months of operation. I've been relatively happy so far with our management software (Hemlane). Although Hemlane is an acceptable software for 50 units it's clear it won't be a long-term answer since it lacks some customization and automation abilities.

I know the main players are Appfolio and Buildium. My clients have expressed frustration with the interface and reporting of these packages so I am kicking the tires on other options.

Does anyone here have experience using TenantCloud? I would be interested in a discussion of the strengths/weaknesses from a (non-affiliated) user.

I'd be happy to talk about my experience with Hemlane so far which has been overall positive but not scalable.

Thanks and I appreciate any comments from a manager or landlord with experience with the TenantCloud system or any recommendations on other options.

@Kevin M.

Longtime TenantCloud users. It's gotten much better over the past few years. Day to day it does everything we need. I will say that the accounting side is sufficient but not a replacement for an accounting tool like QuickBooks.
