Tenants do the mowing.Unless, they can't for whatever reason and then they call us and it'll be put in the rotation.

My husband & I run a local RE meetup in Medford and have a meetup around every 2 weeks - we normally rotate between a mixer/networking evening & having a speaker.

If it goes through, you have rot at minimum or termites.

But wouldn't a bankruptcy put a significant strain on the credit scores or will it "reset" after a few years?

The management company rents it out for you (they rotate the units if someone just calls and wants to book) so it's good that they will fill vacancies.

Tristate rotates the locations each month and MREIA meets in Iselin, NJ each month.

If you've got the money to cover the vacancy without  causing too much strain on your finances, then it would be perfectly safe to go ahead.
