If a lender is not compliant, that might make it harder for them to collect and secure collateral as an unlawful lender, that's not a problem for a borrower.Regardless, there are those willing to lend with a wide range of qualification and underwriting requirements, what any lender requires or is willing to loan on doesn't classify that lender in mortgage lending.

Hi, it's unlawful for a lender to discriminate because of age, except you must be old enough to contract, looks like you made that one.They do discriminate against those with poor or insufficient credit histories.

It’s punishable by civil suit and deducted from the past tenants salary, or by criminal offense which could land the tenant in jail if the landlord tries to cash the PDC and it is insufficient.

Fwiw, you probably have a "right" to show the house with reasonable notice, and you definitely did break the law by entering without notice, but neither issue is a "case" worth pursuing - you can still put him out, and I doubt the police will come calling about an unlawful entry six weeks prior - unless this property is in a hick town.
