With your excellent profile, you'll likely qualify for these programs with less than 12 months of seasoning.

I consider these 2 risk profiles equivalent.You should talk with your clients about their assumptions, including how easy it will be to rent the properties.

Their lending or credit profiles may be totally different than yours. 

If you are looking to get hired in a corporate job, MBA is almost a requirement, but if you choose to work for yourself as an investor/agent there's really no need for it other than it looks good on your profile/resume.
