There are hundreds of thousands of people in this BiggerPockets community who are very successful at real estate investing and are willing to provide you with the same information as these guys, but for free. 

The BiggerPockets community has excellent book recommendations, such as The Book on Rental Property Investing by Brandon Turner.

On the other hand, tenants tend to cause damages when moving these appliances in/out, so having them in place may be safer.I recommend you look at what others are doing in your community and price point.

Hello BP Community,I am designing contemporary mountain 2 bedroom / 2 bath cabin in Ohio with a lot of tourists interest year round and four season weather.Here's some amenities that are going to be in the cabin:hot tub on 2nd floor with walk out from each bedroom;wood burning fire place in great room;nice fire pit outside;debating: is putting soaking tub with electric fireplace will be a good investment?

Now that I have this amazing community, I want to know the folks here if you've ever heard of this company or worked with them?

I do feel QBO kinda traps you into the system (Like Apple products, haha) becuase it is the "Go-To" for Bookeepers and Accountants.  

My friend also owned a rental property in the same community so I figured it would do well.How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?
