This question crossed my mind recently after reading a post and some comments discussing whether an investor is experienced enough to raise capital from outside sources.

If you had not shared your post, as an owner, I would not be aware of the issues you are experiencing. 

I was going to add, as posted above, it's a great rate and stick with that local credit union for the future business.
