I do a quick writeup, create the video, and hand this material to my VA's they then turn this raw material into a polished PDF, and take screencaps of what I show in the video and they turn it into a polished professional piece of content.In the beginning, it was SO difficult to let this go and delegate it.

You can't polish a turd and call it a diamond.
