If you plan on living in the house for a couple years then I'd say east of 75 in Plano and Richardson or anything near Collin Creek project.

A lot of industry mount there, great culture and food.I have family who is into investing and her top three ideas were Plano and this city north of Plano I can’t remember the name but it’s suppose to be the Beverly Hills of The area.

wondering if anyone had a referral for a good attorney north of Dallas that has a good understanding of business and real estate. 

The home is located in east Plano.

But I am also hearing STR bans going on in many places (recent interim ban in Plano, TX which is a large suburb in DFW area). 

I am from Richardson next door to Garland and I know that while Garland house prices make rental cash flow easier, appreciation has historically been minimal compared to the pricier northern suburbs like Plano/Frisco. 

Go find a lot in a Plano neighborhood and tell me the buyer pool who wants to build a brand new house in a 50 year old Plano neighborhood?
