In Santa Rosa, we have one area of Fountaingrove where the city detected Benzene in the water--they think it was from the heat "melting" the plastic in the distribution system, but they still haven't pinpointed the cause. 

For example zillow has it listed but the pin point is not in the right spot.

Maybe you should pinpoint which states you know are illegal instead of spreading lies. 

It's hard to pin point areas like this on a map.
