Don't you dare make any money in real estate outside of your broker or you'll go to real estate hell forever.

But I just had to vent...since when does a seller get so bent out of shape because a buyer "dares" to ask for an inspection???

A daring bet that has yielded us a place in a town, with its great schools and people, that we should not have otherwise tried to afford. 

They might not look so bad when you drive around them during the daylight hours, but don't dare go in to the area when the sun goes down.

I say "bro" at the end of sentences sometimes and dare I even say "homie"!!!  

Realtors call neighbors  up and coming all the time but wouldn't dare go to some of these places at night or during a hot summer day in June, but again just move with caution because 2 blocks away could be paradise.

I would dare say 1,000s of investors were doing exactly what you are talking about right before the last bubble and many many of them went bankrupt or belly up. 

While it has been a joy doing this, more and more real estate has become more of a, dare I say, passion.

Have you asked to dare if you can borrow against your 401k?

Wayne, You're right, this statement is in Auction.com website, I don't dare to even take a look thru the windows, and even I placed bid on the house but I still feel bad  for the owner who lost it.
