@Kenny Lee  totally disagree with that thought process.while strange and some judges are more democratic than others.. the thought that the bench is saving tax payers money by letting dead beat tenants stay in houses is just a pipe dreamyou have to remember certain markets were ripe for all sorts of real estate fraud etc.. and detroit area was one.

@Jimmy Lee I would pre-screen all of your potential tenants using some basic questions like "how much is your gross monthly income" and "have you ever been evicted".
