For those others who got their start wholesaling part-time: How long did it take for you to get over the nerves of doing that first deal?

Those structures I plan to discuss their cost to construct new as well as examine their condition to estimate a value. 

If my post on here hit a nerve to you, maybe you're the guilty one (you know, the one who's advice isn't as sound as you assert). 

If the tenant got on my nerves I didn't want to be stuck with them for eternity.

I have some nerves about not having experience yet but I'm hoping if I build it, they will come.

so with all that.. standing on the river bank looking at paw prints as big as pie plats.. was a little nerve racking and with your little can of bear spray.. :)  .  

Being in this stage is exciting but also somewhat nerve wrecking.I would love to know if there was something that delayed you doing your first deal or getting started and if there was anything that you did to overcome that!

Those 2nd opinions can guide you on whether to continue following your agents lead or pivoting to what you believe. 60 days without an offer can be nerve wracking if you need to sell but, in a lot of markets, is not unusual.
