Developing a skillset is very hard to do, and something you can't easily monetize as a guru, which is why they tend to stick to information marketing over skills development.

You're trying to find a way yo monetize the opportunity however all I see is that you've observed a house and (anecdotally) connected with a lineal relative who expressed no interest.

Ive been looking into ways to monetize the property through a passive income method, as I do not have time to be there running an operation.

They are trying to monetize the real estate and building they own (sometimes they might just own the land or building).

We pay for a lead service and my goal is to try and monetize every deal that comes through.

Of course my intention is to be able to find a way to monetize that.

You could volunteer to help experienced investors in small ways for free ... this will get you some experience and who knows with time and experience if you add value to them you may be able to monetize it if/after you prove yourself.

Remember that you objective is to create leads that can become qualified suspects who are interested prospects that you monetize.
