I got out of active duty military and proceeded to my dreams of working real estate and eventually investing into real estate when the time comes financially.

Hey guys,I would like some advice/ideas on how to turn around a property I acquired online or how to get rid of it (if it's not worth the trouble).Being prior military I was familiar with Fort gordon, GA (city of Augusta) and received a notice that the VA was getting rid of several properties that it had foreclosed on.

There's lots of military personnel and production workers.  

Just recently my husband and I decided to move to Las Vegas in a year from now when he gets out of the military.

College students, military, etc?

I'm active duty military and going on deployment very soon..I thought it would be a good time to start the process of becoming a real estate agent to work my way up in the real estate field.

Im currently active duty military, for atleast another 3 years, and looking to get started in rental properties and ultimately get to commercial deals.

It was a tough decision to commit to my local market with my duty station only having a population of 30,000 and being heavily dependent on the military. 99.99% was overpriced.

I eventually found a deal in an area close to a major medical center, the University, and a military base.
