Over time, as you shop more and more with some smaller specialty shops they will call YOU with promos, you’ll develop a pattern for materials you like and re ordering them becomes very easy.

BiggerPockets usually has a promocode available for you try RentRedi for your first month for super cheap ($1 I think it usually is) so if you decide to give it a try, definitely see if there's a promo code you can take advantage of. 

@Costin I. has had a sneak peek at the e-course, but I'd have to get permission from the family to share that resource and wouldn't want to violate Self-Promo rules.

The great thing is you can leverage your options against the bank to see if they will increase the length of time they will give you the promo rate since you can always just refinance to another bank that will. 

So 150-97= $53 in extra cash flow.After the one year promos, I'll either negotiate with the service provider or just go to the other competitor and get their promo bundle.
