Just because mankind figured out how to record the weather events and start to track patterns does not mean that any of us (myself included) are experts on what is truly going on with our planet.

Mostly brick homes, everything was super well cared for, beautiful elm tree lined streets (unfortunately most succumbed to dutch elm disease) a very lovely working class neighborhood back in the day.  

What the heck, get rich quick that is the old strategy form the inception of mankind, and yet it is a rare occurrence.

They have made a beautiful fire pit, built 3 gorgeous raised planters, and also built a lovely bricked in garden besides adding perennials and replacing a diseased road bush with a beautiful new one.

I work in biotech on global clinical trials for the central nervous system- my specialty is in neurodegenerative diseases, specifically Alzheimer's disease.

Sometimes the four D's hit them (Divorce, Death, Disease or Drugs) and things change.

I also personally like to stay away from the "4 Ds" of off-market deal finding - death, disease, divorce, and disaster.

Divorce, disease, death of a loved one/main bread winner, natural disasters, etc all happen.
