Hi everyone!

I am excited to be joining the Bigger Pockets community. I work in biotech on global clinical trials for the central nervous system- my specialty is in neurodegenerative diseases, specifically Alzheimer's disease. I love my full-time job, but would love to get to a point where I am not fully dependent on that income and own my own time. Most of my investments up to this point have been fairly traditional in the stock market, retirement plans, and company equity. Now I am ready to take my savings and start accumulating assets. Like a lot of people, my interest really took off after reading Rich Dad Poor Dad during the pandemic- from there I started listening to the Bigger Pockets podcast and Real Estate Rookie. I love a spreadsheet and building processes and am excited to work through the details with my first project.

I am primarily looking in Ohio for my first investment property (Columbus/Cincinnati), hoping to do a long term rental, buy and hold, but am open to other markets depending on where the numbers take me. I am excited to meet other investors, especially those investing in Ohio or doing long-distance investing. So please feel free to reach out or connect!

    Welcome Nicole!

I know purchasing your first investment home can be exciting! I help investors purchase properties in 10 different markets, but I would suggest maybe looking in Memphis, Little Rock, and OKC specifically on top of Ohio! It truly is based on what your goals are as an investor, but we are seeing some good returns in those markets. Feel free to message me if you have any questions.

    Best of luck!
