@Gilberto Fuentes Full disclosure,I joined FB in 2018.Its cheaper than a college education,and well worth what you put into it.No gurus but complete REI education from LLC structure to your first deal.People who do not make it,do not try or do not follow the systems.I know FB coaches on this forum.I have shared things provided to me to other investors on this forum.Purchase and sale agreements, wholesale contracts etc.If you would like to meet a fellow FB that is killing it in the Atlanta market I know one.We are here because of common interest and not to bash another program ,especially if the basher is unfamiliar.I can show you my mastery back pack!
