It was a nightmare with people sharing amenities and complaining one of the parties were being too loud, or drunk, etc.Not exactly comparing apples to apples but that turned me off to trying to do any more shared spaces. 

You're losing money from lack of income, but you're losing more money because it's paid off.

The lack of communication and transparency didn't feel right to me.

If you're starting out with zero credit, consider building your portfolio through strategies like wholesaling or partnering with investors who have the credit and capital you might lack.

It's Like comparing apples to oranges.

Think of this similar to how you would invest in Apple stock.

You should only consider switching when your current software has a significant flaw or lacks features that force you to spend excessive time on workarounds.

Most investors  who pursue alternative lenders aren't able secure bank financing because they  lack the creditworthiness, experience or the deal doesn't pencil.

This leads to another question and please excuse my lack of understanding:  The LPs are typically paid at a much better return than the banks are. 

There is positive population growth, tech and manufacturing (Tesla, Google, Apple) moving to the area, and low property taxes.
