@Angel G. if you can speak intelligently about a property, your plan, you have a narrow focus, you will be fine.Also, successful agents are in the networking business, not the real estate business.

@Eric Fernwood you are obviously very intelligent, greatly contribute to this forum, and can hold frame with the best of them, but I strongly disagree.It's a good time to invest in real estate in Vegas or anywhere now like it was a good time to invest in the S&P in mid February. 

Quick answer seems obvious - work on increasing financial intelligence and buy another property.Ok, so buy another property - sounds good!
