For instance, I wouldn’t consider a black belt karate instructor selling people on how cool it is to be a black belt a scammer even though most people who start karate don’t stick around long enough or put in the all the work that it takes to become a black belt.I think it is similar with real estate investing education.

It was a good option with live webinars offered with instructors to help answer some of those odd ball questions.  

I would vet the instructor and the course before deciding to sign up and I would not pay more than $3k.

My instructor was Kevin Figg and she is an amazing realtor that is still heavy in the business!

The instructors have many years of experience and are helpful in answering questions throughout the course.

I consulted with someone in the class and, unfortunately, we couldn't tell whether the instructor was referring to pre-foreclosures or REOs. 

I like live class because that give you an opportunity to network/Interact with instructors and meet people/classmates that you may work with in the field.  

I am a prelicense instructor.

Unfortunately, today (Monday, August 20, 2018), I was left with no other option, but to retain an attorney here in Washington, D.C. to assist us in getting our tuition refund as promised by Doug Hopkins Real Estate and the instructor Matt Davis, in Salt Lake City, UT.
