Hi team. New guy here but ready to set the trail on fire!

I’m literally starting from point A. Young guy , 30, from Atlanta Ga! I’m planning to get my real estate licensing for property investment .

Which real estate company is best for licensing? And why!?

Thanks!

Gotcha well I did pre license class online. I used Real Estate Express found a groupon and they had a special going on so it made it a pretty good deal. Not sure they offer the class in your state you would need to check. Some companies like Keller Williams might even offer a school but I think that brokerage has a monthly fee that you as an agent would have to pay. I would start looking into what brokerages there are in your area. If you know any realtors ask them what they think about their brokerage and maybe go work with them. Just think about it like you are interviewing the broker to see if it is a good fit. Do they offer training and support? Do they have a mentorship program? Do they charge a desk fee or something like that?
