Sure you could list every item on an inspection report "chip on light covers", "dirt buildup in basement corner" and request them all fixed to end it, however you can't just say "I changed my mind".

Yes, a "yellow letter" is most popular with yellow lined paper and red ink, but that isn't the ONLY way to do it, nor the way you HAVE to do it.Good luck!

You can buy the 1st property with an FHA loan, but if you can buy a deal, something you may be able to renovate and build up equity, you can possibly refinance to a conventional loan and use the FHA loan all over again.
