Not only is there more maintenance and turnover, the quality of the repairs and improvements to the property tend to be inferior.

@Tim Herrick As others have mentioned, the divorce judgment is inferior to the first mtg and Should have been wiped out If the wife as the judgment holder was named as an additional defendant in the action. 

Amit your statement on cash flow being inferior to appreciation as the road to real wealth makes absolutely no sense to me.

However, it's oftentimes better to buy a superior deal 100% in cash than an inferior deal with a mortgage.

After reading up on the subject here on BP, seems as though the insurance giants don't offer it or are cobbling together a product that is not comprehensive enough, thus offering inferior coverage.

This is how I learn about running the business, learn about legal requirements and I can avoid wasting money by talking directly to contractors, utility companies, tenants, etc. and make my own decisions vs. relying on decisions made by an inferior management company or a relative who knows much less than both myself and a management company.

Bidding to get work both parties lose , the contractor gets no profit , and to negate loses the customer gets inferior work .

Because of all that, they really take inferior role in the whole picture right now.
