You may never become Steve Jobs (or Fred Astaire), but, if you play your cards right, you get enough reps to get that innate awareness of your own frequency and rhythm and you begin to find music (and prospects) that suit your speed.

The other way you could do it is have a company rep sign the lease and have the "tenant' as an authorized occupant.

As a fulltime W-2 earner it may be hard to claim REPS status, but material participation, cost segregation, and other strategies could benefit you.

One thing to consider / be aware of is if you have a W2, its very difficult to qualify for REPS status.
