Water often comes into a building in the form of water vapor.

There is no insulation on the floor and the vapor barrier also does not go all the way to the exterior of the house on the side with the issue. 

Then take the remainder and put it as a credit on her balance towards the water bills/future tenant portion of rent that she probably wont pay.

Our general inspector told us most likely the sewer line is fine, and the breach in the foundation is what is causing the water to build up.We plan on doing a complete remediation of the crawl space, patching the foundation, perimeter drainage, sump pump, vapor barrier, and then putting gravel down.

Depending on the situation this could require interior perimeter French drains and a new slab poured with appropriate insulation and vapor barrier.

You should always have P100 filters and organic vapor cartridges standing by.

Then replace the vapor barrier.Why cheaper then new drains.

You'll want to have sub-slab sampling of the soil gas to see if there is a potential for vapor intrusion as well as groundwater.

Inventory is very low and properties vaporize!
