USPS contract workers building a robot to sort mail, Travel Nurses, Professionals relocating, A medical group rotating out their new surgical Dr. residents for training in jax  :) A husband of 33 years that got pushed out by his wife - hoping to go back.. but he is still renting from us ...yikes - no judgment! 

Going into a 50 unit plus deal without any sort of experience is like telling yourself you can go to the Olympic games for wrestling after three training sessions.

I am not going to split hairs on whether an insurance policy is your asset or another’s asset but it is not the subject property.  

However I am also sort of house hacking the main house (upstairs).

My groups probably never look at influencers or care what they have to say.Most of our folks are either families, extended families or groups riding the bike trail.I think it could work is some instances, but I would have to ask myself, "Do I want that sort of guest?"

It's all over the forums; so, it must work or it is just a waste of time for the poster and readers.I think this type of marketing does work, sort of like the old school telemarketers.

I'm assuming at least one of the house flipping firms in the area has the basic template for me to sort of copy. 

It also seems like the leads may pile up too high for me to handle sorting out the bad from the good leads.
