I'll have it in two lines and the font in a bigger size.

I downloaded a handwritten font and I use red ink, so it looks as real as it gets!

Im a General contractor, the legal section of my proposal is 8 pages of size 10 font.

I don't hand write, but I use my own hand written font, so it's scalable.Still working on the message.

Once you've built up a reasonably strong relationship with your title company, they do tend to help you hit hard deadlines in a pinch, bumping you to the font of the line because of the volume of business you're running through them.But even with that, 3 day close is pretty rough.

I bought the list from the same person who designed my post card and he used hand writing font.

And the lease is only 3 pages long (of course, the font is smaller than usual, but still readable).

It's going to be hard to mass mail by hand, you can find companies that have fonts to make it look like handwriting. 

I planned to print the contract in large font, but is there anything else that I could / should do for this?
