I currently have 2 SFR rental properties under my belt and have had more than my fair share of interesting experiences. My first property was a condo that was meant to be an easy way to earn higher rates on my money than the 1% interest rates at the time. As everyone learns, managing property isn't exactly easy. I even renovated the flooring and both bathrooms. However, since it is a new topic to me, I find it interesting to learn and try to build a system for it all.

Currently, I am particularly interested in duplexes, triplexes, and fourplexes especially in the North Brunswick area. I feel like a multifamily unit like this would be a good next step in real estate.

Please feel free to contact me about anything real estate related. I would love to learn more and meeting/working with people is always fun for me.
