The only things I might have done differently was paint the entire exterior, update the powder room bathroom differently to match the rest of the house, update the brick fireplace (though I love the look of a brick fireplace).

Ceilings were raised, all new flooring (combination of bamboo, porcelain, carpet, and marble), new kitchen island w/ built in microwave & wine fridge, new appliances, fancy tile work in bathrooms with the master getting a bigger marble shower, built in double desk, stone ledge fireplace, painted exterior, recessed lighting, new fence, new furnace, ect….

I think caps are about $300 - $400, but I am fuzzy on that.Would lighting a fire in the fireplace have the same effect of shooing out the bats as whatever your contractor might do?
