Everything is available for reporting and at my fingertips on my cell, tablet or PC.

In essence, with your RE license, you'd have the MLS info at your fingertips, pay your own commission, etc.?

I think your post was worthwhile because you have a lot of money at your fingertips and it's smart to try to maximize its potential, so I hope your post was the former - because if it was the latter, you don't need confirmation from anyone on here.

The whole world is at your fingertips and you just need to take action.

I feel like there is a deal right at my fingertips but I can't make it happen.  

Some of the most sucsessful people I know are self tought, but you have somethiing at your finger tips that alot of other people did not a longgg time ago and that is BIggerpockets, and all the other resources online to use.

I suspect that there's an app that will allow us to edit a blank PDF or Word offer form and then to sign it with an Apple Pen, touch-sensitive pen or fingertip. 

Renting is not always easy money, a lot of us got our stripes before there was the internet, but new comers have the wealth of many years of knowledge at your fingertips, take advantage of it.
