The program is neither good nor bad, there's just different pros & cons compared to cash paying tenants.Have offered to schedule a call with you numerous times to try and assist you, but you seem to prefer posting & posting & posting - which will take so much longer:(What are the chances you'll actually invest someday, given how long it's taking you to do basic research?

If you just hire the cheapest or first PMC you speak with and it turns into a bad experience, please don’t assume ALL PMC’s are bad and start trashing PMC’s in general.

Aircover is a mild form of property damage insurance where they MAY cover a guest's damage at their discretion, and you will have to fight for it. 

Like Drew, I run a PMC, and I can say that most of our clients either had a bad experience with self-management that was costly or frightening (evictions, crime, etc), or they just live out of state and want the peace of mind that knowing someone can physically be at their property within minutes provides.

Don't know if that's a bad thing or not.

Obviously this could happen anywhere but I know it can be particularly bad for landlords in certain places like mine. 

My wife doesn't mind it at all because we still have our privacy It's not bad at all especially for some excellent cash flow.
