If you just hire the cheapest or first PMC you speak with and it turns into a bad experience, please don’t assume ALL PMC’s are bad and start trashing PMC’s in general.

Aircover is a mild form of property damage insurance where they MAY cover a guest's damage at their discretion, and you will have to fight for it.

Like Drew, I run a PMC, and I can say that most of our clients either had a bad experience with self-management that was costly or frightening (evictions, crime, etc), or they just live out of state and want the peace of mind that knowing someone can physically be at their property within minutes provides.
