Have you considered just placing pre-fabricated tiny homes out there?

Not only that, it was illegal - it is a federal crime to abuse the DMCA in the manner he abused it.So here is the point - through his "Licensed Branding LLC" team, he "fabricated" an issue of "copyright abuse" in order to try an illegal take-down under DMCA.

If you want to build, maybe don't build something on site, build it off site (pre-fabrication) and bring it on site.

If the fabric is in good condition, I may consider that instead.

If it was really true that unauthorized tenants had moved  in, they created this trash....But of course the whole thing could be fabricated by management and are just doing it because I didn't have a walkthrough prior to leaving and can now exploit that.Seems like it's not my responsibility what happens after I move out when I've told 2 mangers and one maintenance personal that I plan to move out early and they said "ok got it"  Anyway I'm wondering what the best thing to do is if I get sent a letter from a collection agency.
