New Hottub in Poconos

Hey all, I am a realtor that frequently helps people find potential Airbnb-type properties in the Poconos, Pennsylvania.

I am asking you today if you have experience in hiring contractors to A. make a platform with which the hottub will sit, B. The electrical work it will take to get the hottub connected, and C. The costs associated with doing such work. If anyone has any information on these things please let me know.
