Even after valuing complex assets for over a decade, every day I pickup small nuggets of information that enhance my knowledge while providing perspective. 

Now I am not saying that EDDM, Cold Calling, or other methods aren't useful but there are ways to enhance those methods, reduce waste, and improve your ROI.

This can diversify you, lower your overall portfolio risk and enhance overall returns if done correctly.  

I also made the same decision to switch to podcasts/audiobooks while driving (I do a ton of driving) and it really has enhanced my life tremendously. 

The podcasts, forums & ability to network have been greatly helpful in enhancing my knowledge.

The support has been great and they seem to be planning enhancements to make it better for larger portfolios.
