I spend a good deal of time working on my finances but that takes a LOT of time and energy!

My W2 career pays well but leaves me exhausted with little energy for my family which doesn't feel good.

Hello BP community, I'm starting in the Real Estate world as a flipper, I'm putting all of my efforts an energy building an experienced team therefore I need help with Leads.

Smart property management systems leverage IoT (Internet of Things) devices for real-time monitoring and management of property conditions, from energy usage to security systems.

Interacting with tenants took a lot of my emotion energy and I was not the worlds best screener.As far as repairs go, you’ll  have those whether you self manage or whether you are use a PM so that’s beside the point.

Out of state is also an option if you have the time and energy to build a team to support you. 

Not remaining anoynmous or worried about the laundry list of things most novice investors focus their time and energy on that adds zero value.

You're asking someone to spend a lot of time and energy to share what they've spent years - maybe decades - learning and developing.

Maybe one way would be address the tiny home market would be to fix up the old cabins in these areas, make them energy efficient (most of these cabins were built for summer use only)  and market to people that want tiny homes.
